Real Estate Contracts
The purpose of the area dedicated to Real Estate Law is to provide due diligence, minimizing the risks involved in the sale of assets, promoting real estate regularization.
It is also responsible for drafting contractual instruments for operations involving real estate: purchase and sale, payment in kind, exchange, lease (residential / commercial), and any other operation eventually required in this area.
The team is also qualified to work in real estate development operations of any kind (residential / commercial / hotel), as well as partnership agreements and other instruments related to land division and development.
In addition, the team supports clients’ needs connected to fund raising (loans / creation of real estate investment trusts, securitization of receivables, etc.).
